The print principle of small curved-surface component:
This print way is applied to CMK-3A(high-speed transferable marking machine), the structure of alphabet mold is same as the structure of the flat-surface component marking alphabet mold(The socket of alphabet mold is seen at picture).
The alphabet mold is installed at the bottom, soaking-ink roller descends little, pushing alphabet mold and soak oil ink naturally in the procedure of passing through soaking-ink roller, moving at the fixed position, the transferable marking film descend little, then the oil ink on the alphabet mold is transferred to transferable marking film, once alphabet mold go back origin, transferable marking film stamp immediately.
In labeling matrix, if there have “regular change” marking content, such as batch number, production cycles, could produce this matrix of high-change separately to save matrix production cost.
