| Screwdriver Head's Color Ring Coating Machine RIH-01( It belongs to the model of Transfer-printing Machine ) is designed for screwdrivers and circular surface components to coat color rings, the coating film thickness can be adjusted according to needs, and the color film degree is evenly controlled. The RIH-01 automated manufacturing process includes feeding, embryo orientation, coating, and curing procedures. In addition, there are auxiliary functions such as metering, sub-packing (packaging production line), etc., which fully achieve the high efficiency of production automation. The monitoring system is very complete, one person can operate 5~6 machines. Without switching specifications, more than a dozen specifications can be produced at the same time, covering a wide range. |
